Please write rather than call. We read and answer in writing, which also means we can answer you properly whatever language you write in.

We answer within two working days. We are a small company and we also play gigs, so a reply may come late in the evening.

What to tell us, so the first reply is useful

which app, and on which device (iPad, Mac, Android tablet, Windows);
the version of the app, and of the operating system;
what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead;
whether it happens every time or only sometimes.

Devices and requirements

Each app lists the devices and the system versions it runs on, on its own App Store page. Those are the requirements, and they are what we build and test against.

We support the apps on devices that meet them. On a device below those requirements, on a device whose system has been modified (jailbroken, rooted, or running a changed system), or on hardware the app was never built for, we cannot promise the app will work and we do not take on the job of making it work there.

The stage is full of hardware that is not ours: audio interfaces, Bluetooth pedals, tablets of every age, and whatever network the venue has. Where a problem comes from that side rather than from our code, we will tell you plainly, we will tell you what we tested, and we will tell you what we found. We would rather give you a straight answer than a promise we cannot keep.

We will always read your message and answer it, whatever device you are on. Nothing on this page takes away the rights the law gives you, or the refund policy of the store you bought the app from.
